Victoria Wulff studied painting at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and the Slade School of Fine Art in London, and earned a Master of Art in Teaching at RISD. She has exhibited work in the United States and Europe in both solo and group exhibitions. She has lectured at universities such as RISD in Rome (Palazzo Cenci), RISD, Brown University, and Wellesley College. She received the John Simon Guggenheim Fellowship in 2002, and the Individual Artist's Grant from Rhode Island State Council on the Arts in 1982. Her work is represented in private collections and the Newport Art Museum.
